Completed forms should be sent, together with a cheque or postal order for the appropriate amount, to the address above.

The annual membership subscription is £15.00 for single members, £25.00 for couples and £5.00 for full-time students.

N.B. All members get free access to the Norwich Castle Museum Art Gallery!
